Before you write
- Where's my order? Every piece is cast to order — allow 3–4 weeks before dispatch. Track progress from your account, or read how ordering works.
- Returns or a change of mind? See the Returns policy — stock items have 14 days; bespoke pieces are final sale.
- Worktop enquiry? Send rough dimensions and a photo of the space and we'll come back with a quote including installation.
